職位描述

該職位負(fù)責(zé)對物料管理, 確保倉庫條件和倉庫內(nèi)設(shè)備設(shè)施標(biāo)識符合規(guī)范，所有物料的外觀良好，保存完整，整齊有序。負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)物盤點(diǎn)和月結(jié)，保證賬實(shí)相符，庫存保持在目標(biāo)水平和及時清理超過三個月物料，回收料，次品和廢料。

Main responsibilities:

1. Responsibilities related to production safety, fire safety and environmental protection:
安全生產(chǎn)、消防安全及環(huán)境保護(hù)相關(guān)職責(zé)：

2. Warehouse management原材料及成品倉庫管理:
To ensure the warehouse status，equipments and signs are always in line with required condition and related regulation.
該職位負(fù)責(zé)倉庫管理，確保倉庫條件和倉庫內(nèi)設(shè)備設(shè)施標(biāo)識符合規(guī)范，
Ensure good conditions of warehouse environment.
確保良好的倉庫環(huán)境。
Participate in 5S, OCS, AScare, PGI related tasks
參與5S,零粒子,資產(chǎn)管理,計劃整體檢查相關(guān)任務(wù)
Regularly examine all warehouse conditions, including floor, wall, roof, doors and windows, lighting, fire facilities, warehouse facilities and equipment, anti-fall device, non-standard tools, ladders, mobile or fixed loading platforms, shelves, warehouse areas signs and other conditions to meet the safety requirements and logistics standards, timely report problems and follow up with actions. Keep good record of the inspection contents and report to the logistics supervisor.
定期檢查倉庫各項條件，包括地面，墻面，屋頂，門窗，照明，消防設(shè)施，倉庫內(nèi)設(shè)施設(shè)備，防墜器，非標(biāo)工具，梯子，移動或固定裝貨平臺，貨架，倉庫范圍各項標(biāo)識的狀況等是否符合安全使用要求及物流相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，及時報告問題并跟進(jìn)處理。記錄檢查內(nèi)容，匯報給物流主管。

3. Physical stock management 實(shí)物庫存管理
To ensure all material store with good appearance, integral and orderliness and in accurate quantity.

Strictly carry out the warehouse internal controls to ensure safeguard of raw materials and finished goods; manage implementation of the procedures.

Establish a raw material ledger to record the physical storage location, receipt date, production date, and expiration date of each raw material, and handle materials which shelf life approaches to expirary according to raw material management procedures in a timely manner.
