Reimagine What’s Possible?
- Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standards in Purification Plant ops such that EH&S performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desire zero injuries.
-在凈化裝置操作維護中推進和服從空氣化工全部環(huán)保、健康、安全標準，進行持續(xù)改進以達到或優(yōu)于管理目標。終極目標是“零傷害”。
- Execute site routine patrol inspection, discover and eliminate the potential safety hazard. To ensure the plant is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.
-實施現場按時巡檢，發(fā)現和消除可能的安全危害。確保凈化裝置安全、高效運行，服從和滿足合同要求，不斷提高裝置在線運行率。
- Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements.
-必須遵守工藝安全、變更管理及運行裝置危險性分析提出的有關安全要求。
- The Field Operator can handle the emergency matters in Purification Plant led and coordinated by Lead Operator according to the Emergency Program and follow the Deputy Lead Operator’s Order to recovery the Unit which tripped or Emergency shutdown.
-凈化裝置外操應能在主操的帶領下，根據預想事故處理方案對凈化裝置作現場緊急處理，并在副操的指令下協助恢復已跳車或停車裝置的運行。
- Record daily/monthly Production report.
-做好日常日報表、月報表的抄寫工作。
- Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP ,BSP, SWP,CI ,safety action training and so on) and write safety reports.
-參加有關安全會議，履行日常安全檢查工作（如：現場安全執(zhí)行評估系統(tǒng) SAM、現場安全持續(xù)改進計劃SIP、基本安全管理程序 BSP、安全工作許可證 Safety work permit、持續(xù)改進管理系統(tǒng) CI、安全實踐培訓等）
- Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the plants.
-對凈化裝置現場操作進行持續(xù)改進，并分享凈化裝置運行經驗。
- Training new operating staff for the Purification Shift Ops Team.
-對本班新的凈化裝置現場運行人員進行崗位培訓。
-Any other duties as assigned.
