職位描述
-Responsible for draft, review and negotiate contracts and associated documents, award contract and produce a complete set of contractual documents.
-Preparation of bidding/proposal works, participant in bidding evaluation, monitor and coordinate with bids activity and follow up with Subcontractors.
-Organization of Commercial meeting for negotiate clarifications, disclosure and other admin activities.
-Responsible for carry out the works in the claims and counter-claims.

Education/Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree or above, legal background or associate major are an advantage.
-Minimum of 5 years working experiences on Subcontract management, overseas working experiences will be a priority.
-Familiar with Engineering, geological, construction(Mechanical Engineering), Contract management and other related knowledge.
-CET 4 or above.
