職位描述

崗位職責(zé)：
1. Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standards in Gasification Plant ops such that EH&S performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desire zero injuries.
在氣化裝置運(yùn)行管理中推進(jìn)和服從空氣化工全部環(huán)保、健康、安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，進(jìn)行持續(xù)改進(jìn)以達(dá)到或優(yōu)于管理目標(biāo)。終極目標(biāo)是“零傷害”。
2. Provide effective leadership to the Gasification operating team to ensure the plant is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.
有效的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)部屬確保氣化裝置安全、高效運(yùn)行，服從和滿足合同要求，不斷提高裝置在線運(yùn)行率。
3. Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements.
必須遵守工藝安全、變更管理及運(yùn)行裝置危險性分析提出的有關(guān)安全要求。
4. Maintain effective work processes, drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the plants.
高效地操作管理，對氣化裝置操作進(jìn)行持續(xù)改進(jìn)，并分享氣化裝置運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗。
5. Execute site routine patrol inspection, discover and eliminate the potential safety hazard.
組織實施現(xiàn)場按時巡檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)和消除可能的安全危害。
6. Enhance contact with upstream and downstream units, keep the eyes on the variation of process operation condition, do the best to stabilize the process operation index.
加強(qiáng)和上下游裝置的密切聯(lián)系，關(guān)注操作條件的變化，盡一切可能穩(wěn)定工藝運(yùn)行指標(biāo)。
7. Manage the training of new operating staff for the Gasification Shift Ops Team.
對本班新的氣化裝置運(yùn)行人員崗位培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行有效的管理。

崗位要求：
1. College degree and above in Chemical Engineering/Industrial related.
化工類大專及以上學(xué)歷。
2. Demonstrated managerial, leadership and interpersonal skills
有較強(qiáng)的管理能力、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和人際交往能力。
3. A track record of success on Safety, Environmental, Quality and Employee Involvement
有在安全、環(huán)保、質(zhì)量控制和員工管理方面的成功業(yè)績。
4. Ability to interface with upstream and downstream plant shift Lead Operator.
具備與上下游裝置主操良好溝通的能力。
5. 1 years’ experience in Raw Syngas Gasification plant or equivalent complexity operation and maintenance.
具有1年在煤制粗合成氣氣化裝置或類似復(fù)雜裝置操作與維護(hù)的經(jīng)驗。
6. Suitable for shift work.
適應(yīng)倒班工作。
